| Description | Small on time, work and waste - big on beauty! How would you like to have a beautiful yard or garden that also saves you time, work and excessively expensive water bills? Xeriscaping your yard can make your yard all of these things while also giving you a good feeling about becoming environmentally friendly. Want to know more? This course will cover the basics of landscaping and then show you how to develop your own personal xeriscape plan. Participants will discover how to design for water conservation, select appropriate plants and the ins (and outs!) of different irrigation systems to highlight just a few of the topics to be covered.
